Our Beliefs

The Bible

We believe that all scripture is given by inspiration of God.  We believe that God not only inspired but has preserved his word.  The outstanding representative being the Authorized King James Version 1611.  We believe the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.  Psalms 12:6-7

God

We believe that the Godhead eternally exists in three persons, Father, Son, & Holy Spirit.  And that these three are one, having the same nature, attributes, and perfection.  Matthew 28:19

Jesus Christ

We believe in the absolute deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ.  His sinless life, vicarious death & resurrection.  We believe the Bible teaches about His blood, his second coming and that he is the central figure of human history.

Holy Spirit

We believe personality, deity & present work of the Holy Spirit.  He is the source and power of all acceptable worship and service.  He is our abiding comforter and helper, convicts of sin, and guides us thru the scriptures.  Acts 1:8, Romans 8:9, Ephesians 4:30

Satan

We believe satan is a real person- the devil, the father of lies, a murderer from the beginning & the great deceiver of the nations.  He will one day be committed to the lake of fire with all his angels to be tormented forever.  Revelation 20:1-3

Salvation

We believe that salvation is the unmerited, undeserved, and unearned gift of God.  Ephesians 2:8-10  Salvation is received by repentance and personal faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, and believers are kept by God's power and His grace.  John 6:37-40

Future

We believe in the Pre-tribulation Rapture and Pre-millennial coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved in Heaven & eternal torment in Hell & the lake of fire for the unsaved.  Revelation 19:11-16
